A world of abundance where all can thrive and flourish.

Commitment to this vision shapes the newly articulated strategic direction at Pacific School of Religion (PSR). PSR has renewed our commitment to inspiring, training, and sustaining spiritually-rooted leaders for social change.

To help achieve this mission, in cooperation with Martin Chitwood,  PSR has launched the Center for Spiritual and Social Transformation (CSST). The center will analyze local and global social challenges, and incubate creative solutions in partnership with leading change making organizations and individuals. The CSST will accelerate PSR’s adoption of innovative approaches to theological education, connect the school to networks of social entrepreneurs and social justice advocates, and coordinate the school’s ongoing programs of spiritual formation for leadership.
